Heavy Duty rehandling buckets designed for loading hard and abrasive materials such as soil, hardcore and road planings.

 

This Bucket is 1500mm Wide and is designed for loading salt spreaders, drills and other narrow hoppers.

 

A heavy duty construction throughout with three part bucket sides giving maximum strength from the top beam to the cutting edge, Lower wear straps preventing wear to the lower sides. 6mm one piece folded floor from the top beam all the way to the cutting edge with a folded beam underside giving a rigid structure.

Heat treated 200x25mm HB 500 cutting edge drilled to take the optional bolt on reversable cutting edge.

Wrap around 12mm wear straps mounted under the brackets transferring the forces to the cutting edge and prevent external wear to the bucket floor.

Hardox heel plates prevent the back corners of the bucket wearing from rubbing on hard and abrasives surfaces.

Integrated brackets supports the bucket from the top beam round to the wrap around wear plate.

High grade steel is used throughout the construction of the bucket making it a reliable choice for the toughest conditions.

Available from 1-4 cubic metres and 5ft to 9ft wide
