High Definition CNC Plasma

• Capacity’s from 2mm up to 100mm in sheet sizes of 3.0m x 1.5m and 4.0m x 2.0m
• 5 Axis Bevelling head up to 45 degrees (60 degrees available in some situations)

 

Precision hollow section processing

• Bomar dual mitre band saw +- 60 degrees
• CNC hole cutting of box and beams up to 150mm height, 20mm thickness.

 

Machining

• Manual Centre lathe
• CNC XYZ Prototrak KRW 3000
• Various Drilling Stations

 

Press Braking

• 1 x 320 Ton x4m CNC Edwards Pearson press brake
• 1 x 157 Ton 3.75m Pearson press brake

 

Welding and fabrication

• 4 x 400 Amp Mig Welding bays using Pulse modes and high amp water cooled torches.
• 1x Fanuc Robotic welding cell with double position rotator for parts up to 3.5m long and 1.8m diameter.
• Additional manual welders and robots available for long term contracts.

 

Component stocks.

• Hydraulic cylinders in most popular standard sizes from 30mm to 120mm bore and strokes from 50mm to 1500mm
• External manufacturing facility for custom cylinder production on fast lead times.
• Large stock of bearing, bushes, shims and hardened pins.

 

Finishing

• 2K Wet Spray facility 18m 3.2m Heated with overhead rails
• Hydraulic hose assembly manufacture
