The JSA Grassland subsoiler has been designed to improve the performance of pastures and grassland reversing the effect compaction from heavy traffic and livestock.

The subsoiler helps fracture the soil allowing water to penetrate and oxygen to reach the root zone helping the roots to develop.

Healthy roots and optimum soil conditions led to a healthy and productive pasture.

The Subsoiler can be fitted with one, two or three disks and leg and andy width and spacing along the frame.

The front 457mm disk assembly is mounted on a rubber mount suspension to help protect the bearings and increase the bearing life expectancy. The disks are mounted on a single bar with 5 depth adjustments all adjusted form one side with one lever.

The disk cut through the sward in front of the leg reducing surface disturbance for a flat level finish.

The legs are mounted directly to the rear frame with the width adjustable across the 1800mm frame; Legs can be added or removed to match the tractor power and conditions.

The legs have two shear bolts to protect the legs and frame from damage if the cultivator hits an immovable object.

With a curved shape the legs can be used from 150mm – 450mm fracturing the whole soil profile.

Wear protection comes from a knock on replaceable point and optional wear shin (wear shin not recommended in grass).

Following the legs in the large 457mm packer roller consolidating the sward to give a level finish.

The optional Harrow removes dead grasses and weeds
